I need the service for the return and it won't let me make a booking?

We cannot offer you the reservation directly, but we do provide you with information to contact the services in the destination area. Giving you information for the return, the professional who will take you, the 24-hour telephone number +34 977 34 50 50 and also using the google search engine directly, we get the telephone numbers of the taxis available in the area where you will be.

Until when can I cancel my booking?

Bookings made with origin in Reus airport (from April to October, both included) can be canceled or modified even without advance notice, the modification can be made at the same moment of requesting the taxi to the Taxis Reus receptionist who is at the airport exit, next to the taxi rank.
For the rest of the bookings whose origin is the city of Reus (throughout the year), and those of origin at the Reus airport (from November to March, both included), they can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before. In this case, you must send an email to info@taxisreus.com requesting the cancellation, return or modification, sending your name and your booking information in order to carry out the necessary procedures.

How much luggage can I take per person?

In Taxis Reus we have different vehicles available with different capacities and as we are the largest fleet in the airport we quickly adapt to your needs even if you bring golf clubs or bicycles, we would do the impossible to satisfy you without any charge. Although everything has a limit, if this were the case, you can request a refund without any charge or hire a second vehicle with its corresponding charge.

I don't get the option of baby seats or boosters?

We can only provide you with chairs or boosters in services of more than 50km... you have to request it from our receptionist and we will gladly provide it. For other routes we cannot guarantee availability.

How do I find my booking?

Our airport is small and right at the exit door of the airport is our receptionist with official taxi identification who will gladly provide you with a taxi. If it is outside the usual flight arrival hours, you have to contact the professionals at the taxi rank. If there were none, we also have a physical office inside the airport and lastly, if you can't find us, call the 24-hour hotline +34 977 34 50 50 and they will solve the problem.

It won't let me make the booking, it's not possible 48 hours before and I'm arriving tomorrow, what can I do?

It is not a problem, you have the largest fleet of official taxis at Reus airport at your disposal, without reserving in advance and without prior payment. Right at the exit door you will find our receptionist who will gladly give you information, prices and will offer you the taxi that best suits your needs.

I need a taxi adapted for the disabled that can take a wheelchair and it won't let me make the booking?

We have vehicles prepared to take wheelchairs but we cannot assure you that it is available at that time, so in this case send an email to info@taxisreus.com and we will do everything possible to have it available at the time you need it.
